- You’ll identify suitable influencers for our brand, negotiate the terms of the collaboration, and handle the briefing
- You’ll support the team in managing collaborations
- You’ll help further strengthen the relationship between collaboration partners and BEARS WITH BENEFITS and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Using established KPIs, you’ll learn to evaluate completed collaborations and, within your team, handle performance assessments and the continuation of these partnerships.
- You’ll actively support a young and rapidly growing company.

- You are communicative, organized, and have a hands-on approach
